Gotu Shaba and El-Adhi resource user’s association (GOSE) is a community based organization that brings together residents who use Gotu, chaffa and El-adha water points.. Its Mission is to develop mechanisms and systems based on cultural principles to safe guard cultural and natural resources for social economic development and independence. It is based at Boji Dera next to Shaba national reserve in Isiolo district
